By using DefendVPN, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the app. If you are accessing the app on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

DefendVPN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Use the app for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.

2. Data Collection and Use

By using DefendVPN, you consent to the collection of limited technical data, including:

• Device information: model, operating system version, and unique identifiers.
• Connection data: anonymized logs related to performance and server optimization.

We do not collect or store browsing history, DNS queries, or online activity logs. Any collected data is anonymized and used solely to maintain and improve the app's stability and performance.

3. App Functionality

DefendVPN provides a secure and private online experience by:

• Encrypting internet traffic.
• Masking IP addresses to protect your identity.
• Offering fast, stable connections through global servers.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the VPN complies with applicable laws and regulations. DefendVPN is not liable for misuse or illegal activity conducted through the app.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Premium features are available through in-app purchases.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Payments are processed securely via Apple's in-app purchase system.

5. Limitation of Liability

DefendVPN is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific connection speeds. We are not responsible for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

7. Updates

We may update these Terms to reflect app improvements or legal requirements. Continued use of DefendVPN after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
